The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff were very welcoming. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the pier and other attractions. The room was spacious and had a private balcony with a lovely view.
The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy and there were limited food options available in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers an amazing view. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We were impressed with the amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect, with easy access to the lake and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the free parking and 24-hour reception.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed at a modern, clean hotel in a convenient Ita Thao location. The lobby and rooms were a good size and the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast team provided a wonderful start to our day. There were additional dining and recreation facilities available at other nearby hotels.
The bicycles available for guest use weren't well maintained.
